We cannot accept returns of opened products, but if you wish to return sealed bottles, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the order date. Return orders will be refunded in the form of original payment method or store credit, customers choice.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds for returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the sealed item back to our warehouse and an inspection of the item has been completed to confirm the item is in its original condition. It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your original form of payment. We reserve the right to deny a refund or credit of any order based on the circumstances.
