That's where Dirty Pelican comes in. My lovely lady, Malvina, and I, enjoy a good cocktail but wouldn’t even know where to begin buying all the ingredients to make them ourselves at home. We always thought there had to be an easier way! So we embarked on a journey to create restaurant-quality cocktails at home with a simple mix, shake, and pour. Almost a year later we had our first organic mixer bottled to perfection. And so, the journey began.
